• • Tenant agrees to reimburse Owner for the full amount of the discount/incentive received should he/she/they fail to remain in occupancy for the full term of the Lease Agreement set forth above. The discount/incentive is granted solely for the initial term of the Lease, and may not be offered for any subsequent terms. Therefore, if for any reason, other than Owner’s written consent which may be withheld at Owner’s sole discretion, should Tenant vacate the premises or otherwise breach any term or conditions of the rental/lease agreement prior to the expiration date of the initial rental/lease agreement, including violations of the Lease which result in commencement of unlawful detainer and the eviction of Tenant from the Premises, Tenant agrees that the conditional issuance of the discount/incentive shall be revoked and Tenant shall immediately upon demand reimburse Owner for the full amount of the discount/incentive in addition to all other amounts due Owner pursuant to the terms of the rental/lease agreement. Offer applies to new residents only. Existing residents are ineligible for concession.
